About the event

In this fast-paced world, it's easy to become overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, but with mindfulness, we have the power to slow down, breathe, and truly savor the richness of each moment.

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention, on purpose, to the present moment, without judgment. It's about being fully engaged in the here and now, allowing you to experience life in its fullest beauty. This one-hour mindfulness session will be your opportunity to nurture the seeds of mindfulness within you, as we guide you through a series of practices to help you connect with yourself and the world around you.

The group is led by our principal clinical psychologist, Yammie, who possesses over a decade of clinical experience, including expertise in facilitating group sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Anyone aged 16 years old and above with an interest to embark on a journey of mindfulness is welcome to join us.

Details:

The mindfulness group runs on a monthly basis on Thursday. If you're keen but unable to make it during that slot, fill up the form below and let us know your preferred day/time. 

The fee is $30 per session. 

If you and your friends (minimum group of 4) are keen to embark on the journey of mindfulness, contact us at wellness@holdingground.sg to create your own private group.
