Have your child join a supportive group journey to better understand emotions, build resilience, and improve relationships. Together, they'll learn practical tools to manage thoughts, boost confidence, and communicate with empathy.


Objectives:

  • Help children/teens understand and regulate emotions using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) principles.

  • Equip parents with tools to support emotional development and respond constructively to emotional struggles.

  • Strengthen parent-child communication and emotional connection.
