About the event
In this 60-minute transformative session, you’ll learn invaluable skills to gracefully navigate the rewarding yet challenging seasons of pregnancy and postpartum parenthood. Discover the power of true mindfulness, embracing emotional awareness and creating space to authentically experience every moment.
Explore mindfulness through guided education, immersive practices (including breath work, meditation, and journaling), and conclude with empowering self-reflection and communal sharing.
The group is led by our principal clinical psychologist, Yammie, who possesses over a decade of clinical experience, including expertise in facilitating group sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
All pregnant and postpartum mothers with an interest to embark on a journey of mindfulness is welcome to join us.
Details:
The mindfulness group runs on a monthly basis on Thursday. If you're keen but unable to make it during that slot, fill up the form below and let us know your preferred day/time.
The fee is $30 per session and should be paid upon confirmation of the group's commencement.
