Qian Hua is a counsellor-in-training, bringing with her 11 years of experience working with clients in the social service sector. She has walked alongside children, youth, and adults in their journeys of healing from trauma and early life challenges.

Qian Hua believes deeply in creating a safe and compassionate space grounded in authenticity, empathy, and non-judgment. Her work is guided by an integrative approach, drawing from gestalt therapy, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care and attachment theory. Qian Hua supports clients in reconnecting with themselves—nurturing awareness and harmony across their thoughts, emotions, and somatic experiences. She also incorporates elements of family systems therapy to help families foster stronger, more connected relationships through insight and shared understanding.

As Qian Hua continues to deepen her therapeutic practice, her core values are anchored in the believe that healing happens through safe relationships, where vulnerability is met with curiosity and respect.

Outside the therapy room, Qian Hua enjoys reading, practising yoga, and is currently exploring pottery as a new creative outlet.
